Hi beautiful people, My girlfriend and I are renting out our second bedroom in our apartment. We have a beautiful apartment that looks like it was built yesterday. The quality of this apartment complex is far beyond anything you have seen before. Our appliances in our kitchen are brand new. We have central heating and a/c app controlled. There is a washer and dryer in the unit and plenty of parking. The apartment has brand new equipment in the gym, but they are getting rid of it to put in a newer set. Also, they have a leather couch theater with a projection screen for tenant personal use with reservation. If you work from home, there is an executive boardroom for you to have meetings in. Costco is across the street and cal train is walking distance. The building is super secure and they have cameras around meaning nobody messes with your stuff. There are a lot of young people and couples living in the building and everyone is super friendly. There is no pool but we will get you a season pass to Great America so you can jump in theirs. We are very laid back and chill people. We love to dance and cook. We don't smoke or do drugs. Margaritas, that's a different story. ;) We both work for tech companies at non-technical positions.
