Us: Two 31 year old, moderately attractive, well at least not hideous, straight guys. Both from the Seattle area. One TV newscaster, the other a standard business pro like (rents from National, you've seen the commercials). Both are home 3-4 nights per week. Clean, past our wild partying days, eat healthy, workout, etc. You: Normal person hours, clean, friendly (or at least funny), responsible, considerate. The place: Brand new house, 2500 sq ft., 3 minute drive from downtown, home office space in den, restaurants and bars in walking distance, great for entertaining, building a gym out of the bonus room. Modern kitchen will all the fancy stainless appliances that you see on HGTV. Washer and dryer with the glass on the front so that if you want to watch your clothes being cleaned or dried you have that option.
