One master bedroom is available on the main floor in a nice Lakewood furnished house (west of downtown Denver). This is the only bedroom on the main floor - primarily have the main floor to yourself. There are three other very nice, cordial, good renters who have bedrooms in the basement (every bedroom has a lockable door handle for security if you desire to do so). All roommates are more than welcome to be upstairs but most of the time the basement renters enjoy living downstairs where they have their own nice common area (which has a fireplace, treadmill, bar, and a nice flatscreen TV wall-mount that can hold a very large TV). Perfect for recent college grads, young professional or young couple - especially if you love growing fresh food. The lightrail "W" line is 1.5 mi. away - very convenient AND 1 mi. from pretty much all shops, movies, restaurants, etc. I'm sure if you like people while keeping common areas orderly and clean, then I'm sure you would enjoy living here. No smoking is allowed - cigarettes or marijuana. I will be at the home regularly since my business office is also located here along with keeping up with the gardening and maintaining the yard.
