Nice place on a large fenced property with 4 bedrooms (good sized rooms), living room, family room with a gas fireplace, big kitchen, finished basement with a workout room, 2 car garage, full amenities and utilities included. There will be plenty of space to be comfortable so I am really looking for a housemate, not just a roommate. I am a very casual, laid back and open-minded person.
