Your room is big and has two closets. The other bedroom I'm turning into an office, which you're more than welcome to use. Great location! Located at Westport Rd and Herr Lane it's directly across from the Westport Village shopping center, which has tons of restaurants and shops for you to enjoy. Carpet upstairs in the bedrooms. Hardwood floors downstairs. Tile floors in the bathrooms. Spacious living room, dining room and kitchen. There's a washer and dryer for your use. I do have a security system for added safety. There's a pool and workout room that you'll have access to. There's plenty of parking. It's also located on a bus line. I'm a 30 year old guy and young professional. I'm very relaxed, responsible, easy to get along with and like to stay fairly neat and looking for the same in a roommate. You must have a steady income. You can do long term or short term. I've lived with guys and girls before and I'm comfortable with either. Sorry, but no pets and no smoking in the apartment. Rent is $525/month + utilities (LG&E and cable/internet). Will ask for a $525 security deposit upon move in. Move in date would be June 13th, but it can be arranged to be later.
