I'm 26, in graduate school at Loyola and also working full-time. I've been here for 2 years, but need a new apartment mate. You will have your own private bedroom in a 2bed/1bath Apartment; your bedroom has a bed and bedside table already (there is a closet too). As long as we communicate, keep the apartment clean and in order, then all will be well. There is a living room, a dining room, and kitchen that are furnished, as well as central heating/air condition. Apartment is very spacious. Apartment was renovated a few years ago, and was also re-painted 2 months ago. Washing machine and dryer are inside the apartment. There is street parking available, and I rarely have problem finding parking on the same block. This is located a few blocks from Carrollton where bars and restaurants such as Cooter Brown's and Camelia Grill are at. This is also a block away from Maple Street - near more restaurants and bars, but this block is in a quiet area. It is only 3-5 minute drive MAXIMUM to Loyola and Tulane, and right by Audubon Park. It is also located just 4-5 blocks from the nearest Streetcar line on St. Charles, as well as a Carrollton stop. You can take the streetcar to downtown, the French Quarter, and the parade route for Mardi Gras. This place is still far enough away where you do NOT have to worry about parking during Mardi Gras.
