Hello. I am looking for a roommate to share my 2 bedroom apartment with a shared bathroom. My roommate must be GLBT friendly as I am in transition. The rent is 525 and internet and electric are separate. Electric runs 44 dollars a month approx. during the winter months and up to 100 dollars approx in the summer (with the air conditioning). Water, trash, and heat are all included in the price. The complex is called Georgetown on the RIver and is located in Frdley right across from the 694 E/W exits.
