Room for sublease: Looking for someone to sublease my room. It’s $600 for June the lease runs through July 15th so if you want to stay the whole time that’s fine. (I would charge $100 extra) Actually you can stay as long as the end of July. The room is on Danneel St. in uptown. Between Cadiz and Valance st. It’s walking distance to the St. Charles street car. Walking distance to Superior Grill on the corner of Napoleon. Also walking distance to all the bars, shops, coffee etc. on Freret st. The room: Large room, wooden floors, great windows & closet. No furniture included. The house: The house is a two bedroom attached duplex. The other side of the duplex is separate and vacant at the moment. You would have the whole place to yourself for the next three weeks and then my room mate (female law student) comes back into town. Shared bathroom, living room, kitchen and yard. Your room is private- not shotgun style. They are two cats living inside - and a cat sitter who drops in to feed them. Please call me if interested. I am moving to a new spot this week and next.
