I have 1 room open for $600/month... I pay all utilities and for internet/cable. It has a gorgeous view off the back deck that overlooks everything South of Nashville to Brentwood. This is a 3 bedroom/2 full bath townhouse with room for extra storage. I own the place and stay in the master bedroom. Me myself, I'm a 28 year old guy who works in IT and likes to make music (but not in an annoying way), cook, & maybe play video games in my most sparing of times.. though I'm usually busy with work or just out enjoying Nashville. I love animals, but I just got new hardwood & carpets through out the house, so yeah, no animals... but that carpet tho ;)
