AMLI EASTSIDE (NEAR DOWNTOWN)

I and my friend are planning to sign a lease at AMLI Eastside. It's very close to downtown and UT. 5-10 mins walking to capitol building. The famous Franklin BBQ is right across the street! We are looking for one person to occupy one of the rooms. You can choose either the study room (you can make it as bedroom - almost as big as my room) or Master bedroom. My friend is indifferent, so you can choose either one. The lease is from August 21, 2015 - May 23, 2016 (Fall and Spring). Study room : $700 per month (share bathroom with me). Master: $930 per month. (see on the top of the floor plan - private bathroom). Utilities are not included. Trash vallet service available.
