The room that is available is in a 2 Br/1 bath apartment on Beacon Street in Brookline. The building is great with laundry in the basement (not creepy), rooftop pool with amazing view of the city, and concierge. Friendly female nurse in mid 20's would be your roommate. Not opposed to male or female roommate. One small dog lives in the apartment as well. Very dog-friendly building, as well.
