Lease starts August 29th but I can be a bit flexible on when you move in. Rent is $970 plus utilities. The apartment has W/D, wrap around balcony porch, windows in both bedrooms, granite countertops in kitchen and bathrooms. There is an attached garage for parking with visitor spots as well as safe off street parking when visitor spots are full. Good sized swimming pool with a lane for swimming laps. Gym with 2 free cycling classes a week. Also, a lounge area with wifi and a movie theater room for entertaining guests. Building borders gorgeous Old Fourth Ward park with easy access to the beltline across the park. Also, walking distances from the new Ponce City Market. I work as a software developer in the O4W area but don't think I am the stereotypical nerd (okay, maybe I'm a little nerdy). Most weekends I am on the go hiking and camping or checking out events around Atlanta. Please no smokers or hard partiers. I do like to go out and socialize during the week. It would be nice to find a roommate who is somewhat interested in being social and not just looking to spend every second behind a closed bedroom door. Must be tidy (please let's do those dishes within 24 hours but you can do whatever you want with your own bathroom) and not a night owl.
