I currently rent a 3/2 house (1660 sq.ft.) with a small attached garage in Riverside Heights. No smoking, no pets. Looking for a female professional or responsible student to share the house and split the rent/utilities. $40 application fee/credit check payable to the landlord. If approved, $550 refundable deposit payable to the landlord. $1480 total monthly rent to be split in half ($740 paid by each person). Utilities include BrightHouse Internet, City water/sewer/trash, TECO electricity, and a biweekly cleaning lady. Utilities are in my name and will be split in half. They don't usually exceed $250 per person each month. The variable utilities are water and electricity. Roommate would have their own large, spacious bedroom and the hall bathroom. The third room is furnished as a guest room for either of us to use for company. House is an older home that has been remodeled. Open layout, real wood floors, granite countertops in kitchen, and a large, shady back yard with a patio and fire pit.
