My place is located in Foothill Ranch, off the 241 and Alton (major cross streets are Alton and Town Center). Rent for the room is $850/month, deposit the same. My neighborhood is extremely safe, and neighbors keep to themselves, although very friendly!. My place is fully furnished except your room, although I do have extra furniture you're more than welcome to use! Brand new high end Samsung washer and drier in the laundry room. Brand new high end Samsung fridge in the kitchen. Front game room has a great pool table. Two of the bedrooms share a bathroom, although it's pretty big with 2 sinks. There's also a guest bathroom downstairs. My house has hardwood floors, a large kitchen, large front game room, family room with fireplace and 60 inch TV, dishwasher, air conditioning and heat, a decent sized yard with great view, and a 2 car garage as well as street parking! The location is great, just a short walk to the movie theater and lots of restaurants! I am looking for responsible, clean, normal roommate! :) I am a very respectful, responsible, fun, young (29) professional looking for the same in my new roommate. Utilities come out to about $100/person per month. They include high speed wireless internet and great dish cable with tons of channels and DVR box, electric, gas, trash, and water.
