I own a house in southeast Minneapolis, in the Longfellow neighborhood, 7 blocks from the river. It's an old house, but it's been updated with central heating and air. It has lovely wood floors throughout most of the house. The house has 4 bedrooms. I rent out two of the rooms. One is taken already, but there's another available. The other roommate has a small dog, who is very sweet with people. However, her dog doesn't get along with other dogs, so no other pets at this time. The rent is $450 plus utilities (split 2 or 3 ways, depending on the number of people living here). Utilities this past year have ranged from $50 per person to $115, depending on the month, weather, etc. This includes gas, electric, water/trash, and internet. There is off-street parking for three cars, with garage space for two. The garage space goes with the available room, since it's a bit smaller than the other room. The house is near 42nd Ave S and 38th St.
