The apartment is furnished with private bedrooms and bathrooms and very large closets. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment as well as a full kitchen, living room area and balcony. You would also have access to all of the apartment building facilities which includes a gym,tanning beds, parking,recreation room, computer lab(with free printing) and a pool. It is within walking distance to downtown Lexington as well as campus.It also is about 2 blocks away from bus stop 14 ( which is free and goes around campus) and bus 15 which goes to red mile and Angliana. It is much closer to campus than Red Mile and 524& 525, and you don't have to wait an hour for bus 15 to bring you to campus, or pay UK's hefty fees to be able to park in K- Lot. Also it is within walking distance to triangle park and many other attractions in downtown Lexington. My room in my apartment at the Lex, will be available in May and I have a year lease which begins again in August. I'm looking for someone to take over my lease until August 2016. If I can't find someone right away the room will be available until August. The apartment would be shared with a 21- year old female student. She is easy going and doesn't party, smoke or do drugs also she is always working and rarely at the apartment. Rent includes cable ,water,sewer, and internet. Utilities not included but they only typically range from 30-50 dollars monthly. Looking for someone ASAP but it will be available until early August. Deals can be made.
