Looking for a roommate to share a 2 bedroom condo in Augusta. Has a private room with a lock on door for privacy, closet included in room and is carpeted. The full condo is open to use as we will be sharing the space. It is $625 a month which includes everything (Electric, Heat/Hot Water, cooling, sewer, cable and internet... plus a home phone if you supply the phone) besides food and personal items. A deposit is required but that can be worked on with a budget to get that covered. I do have a puppy so you must be pet friendly, mistreatment of my dog or property will get you removed. Must be tidy for your own stuff, as i am not your maid and don't expect to clean up after another adult. For the right person rent can be worked on to fit tighter budgets.
