Contact me through it's free: I just rented the place and was hoping to find a roommate. Rent would be split, so 675 a month plus utilities! There are technically 3 bedrooms but one is like a den/study sized room. There's one bathroom and theres also a washer and dryer in the basement. The basement is also pretty large for extra storage. There are two common areas on the first floor and new hardwood was just put down. There are AC units, and I'm setting up internet/cable so that can be split as well. It's right across from the park and a couple minutes walk from main street. Theres no off street parking but I haven't had a problem parking on the street! I'm a 22 year old female and just recently graduated from University of Delaware in May! I will be teaching high school science in the Fall. I'm really laid back and easy to live with but I love going out for drinks on the weekends! I love to go on runs and I'm hoping to get a dog this year! If you want to know anything else feel free to ask! Preferably looking for another girl to live with since there is only one bathroom!
