No pets, No smoking, but I do enjoy having friends over for a BBQ and beers or a glass of wine or cocktails on the weekends! Your car MUST fit in a 1 car garage as I have a full sized truck that is in the assigned space. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the condo and have no shared walls, so privacy is good. I am a professional male and military veteran that works full time and also runs a side business from home. I travel overseas pretty often on 1 or 2 week trips so you will have the place to yourself a fair amount.
