The awesome roommate I found has been forced to move up north due to a family emergency but loved it during the time she was here. So once again looking for a long-term, clean, considerate, and friendly FEMALE roommate to take over 1 bedroom w/ own bathroom in a 2BR/2BA apartment w/ a pool in Playa Del Rey less than 1 mile from the beach. Just want a cool/nice person, not asking for too much & I get along with pretty much everyone. Also, the price is a great deal! I've lived here for 3 years and have enjoyed being able to walk to the beach. Must be animal-friendly as I have a dog and a cat, which are both loved by everyone who meets them (including people who don't even normally like cats). Electricity is paid every 2 months & is usually about $20 each, split between 2 people. Water is included in rent & internet is about $26 each a month. We could pay for gas heating but haven't needed it. Also, we have 1 parking spot and the manager is a pretty likeable person. Any other questions, feel free to ask.
