Currently we have one furnished and one unfurnished room for rent in our 3 bedroom new construction home located in west Edmond. $600 for furnished room $550 for unfurnished room The features of the house include high speed internet, washer and dryer, alarm system, fenced in back yard with a propane grill and outdoor furniture, granite throughout and hardwood floors. Direct access to the turnpike and 15min from Downtown OKC. Both the furnished and unfurnished room have a walk in closet, 9ft ceiling height, ceiling fan and new carpet. There is a shared bathroom between the bed rooms. There is some additional storage space in the attic. We are clean people professional people and would expect any potential roommates to be the same and pick up after themselves. Currently one 28ry old make and one 31yr old female reside in the house. We do not smoke in the home or outdoors this house is smoke free. We have two well behaved dogs. One is full grown at 35lbs and the other will be ~50lbs when full grown they are both pretty lazy. We enjoy being active and going to the gym. We will have drinks and grill in the back yard on occasion but we do not do any major parting. Occasionally having a few friends over time to time is acceptable but no large gatherings or streams of overnight guests. In general we are pretty low key and easy going and easy to get along with.
