I have recently purchased a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home in Katy TX close to I10 and South Mason Rd. Neighborhood is near a school, has community pool, and is close to many restaurants and a few grocery stores. Also walking distance to the new little Woodrow. 1 Bedroom will remain empty as spare bedroom. So you will have your own bathroom (with exception of when guests are in) Bedroom big enough for queen size bed. decent sized closet. Large shared living room, Kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances, new washing machine and dryer. 2 Car garage, garage parking not guaranteed due to tools. Negotiable. I have a dog, 70lb boxer. No cats allowed, one dog allowed dependent on meeting dog. My dog is put in kennel everyday when i go to work and would expect the same from you. Rent negotiable but trying to get around 650 plus split utilities. Currently have Xfinity internet, Gas appliances, and of course water, sewer, electric. Have not had first bills yet to know exact split.
