Looking for a female roommate to be our third roommate in a spacious, 3300 sq ft, luxury townhome located right on Lake Austin in the gated St Tropez community in the heart of Westlake Hills, with a private marina (and our own BOAT and boat slip)! Rent is $1,100 per month including utilities. We are both 20-something professionals. It's just a 12-minute drive downtown. There is a neighborhood pool out the back door, as well as a hot tub, easy lake access, fire pit/seating area right on the lake, AND a private marina which has a party deck, grill, multiple seating areas, two fireplaces, two TVs with cable, shower, bathroom and free ice. If you have a kayak or paddleboard, there is direct lake access and a kayak rack right on the water. The bedroom is on the first floor and comes fully furnished with a Queen-sized bed, nightstand, dresser and walk-in closet. The two bedrooms on the first floor share a bathroom (with two separate sink/cabinet areas for each). Washer and dryer are on the first floor next to the bedrooms. There is a gated, covered patio area directly outside the bedrooms. Second floor consists of the full kitchen, dining room, living room, huge media room, half bath and large covered balcony. There is wi-fi throughout the entire house. Main living room includes a beautiful dark leather living room set with a couch, chair and recliner, as well as a TV with cable, DVR, OnDemand, HBO, SHOtime, Encore and Starz. In the media room there is a huge leather sectional which also has four recliners built in, as well as a 65" 3D LED Smart TV which includes all the channels listed above, plus Netflix and YouTube, etc. There is an elliptical for exercise and a foosball table as well! Right off the main living room, there is also a spacious deck, which includes a grill, complete lounge set with a fire pit, couch, cushioned bench, chair and cooler.
