The room is LARGE, has its own closet and bathroom beside. The rest of the apartment is very spacious as well, sometimes we don't even see each other when we are all home. Transportation, including Brick Church Station, and bus routes are within walking distance, there are plenty of restaurants, as well as a grocery store within walking distance too. Covered parking is available in the garage if you own a car. We are also about a 20 minute train ride from NYC, which you can see some of the skyline from our apartment. The security deposit it $750, rent is $750/month plus utilities, internet and cable (only about $30/month). We prefer possible tenants who are able to pass a credit check and/or be able to show proof of employment.
