My buddy and I just started renting a really neat, modern and updated house off east 2nd street (unit B located off ally). We are both Austin natives, professionals, and enjoy the great outdoors, camping, grilling, music, movies, tv, games, healthy stuffs, animals, 420 friendly, fishing, friends, sports, gym, greenbelt, lakes... Looking for a really cool chick to even out the male energy (aside from friends and the occasional Mom check-in). Not looking for someone to just pay rent. We are still working out the details of the pet policy with the owner, so NO pets at this time.
