I have a beautiful, furnished, brand new room and bathroom available to sublease. The living room and kitchen would be yours just as much as it is mine. The room has 2 windows so it is well lit. It also has a walk-in closet. The rent is $854/mo if you go through the leasing office. The person who was supposed to live in that room is in a sticky situation and needs this room filled ASAP so we are willing to go down over $100 a month.
