I am looking for someone to take over his lease that will extend to May 2016. I'm the first one to live in apartment since renovation, so it's in prime condition. The building has a wonderful (very large) courtyard that is perfect for summer gatherings .All the neighbors in the building are young professionals, so it's really fun.
