The place is on S Grant near 5th Ave, close to downtown San Mateo, Caltrain, and 101. Private bedroom with walk-in closet. One shared bathroom with bath tub, large kitchen with dishwasher, dining room, living room/den, backyard, garage, street parking. $1250 deposit. 1 bedroom for each of us, rest shared. Rent, utilities etc. split in half. 1 year contract, no short term leases. Stable income, landlords require that you fill out a form for a credit check ($25). I am looking for a kind, quiet and uncomplicated person to share a duplex with, ideally someone with PhD/Master's degree - science/arts, industry/university. Also considering someone who travels a lot (pilot/flight attendant) and needs a place close to SFO. Communication is very important to me, whether you want to throw a party at our place or are unhappy with something.
