The place is on S Grant near 5th Ave, close to downtown San Mateo, Caltrain, and 101 entrance on 3rd Ave. Great for commuting to San Francisco and Silicon Valley. It's huge with lots of storage space. Private bedroom ca. 130 ft2 + walk-in closet. One shared bathroom with bath tub, large kitchen with dishwasher, dining room, living room/den, basement with washer/dryer, backyard (weekly gardener included), garage and street parking in the back alley. Friendly landlords, nice neighborhood. 1 bedroom for each of us, rest shared. Rent, utilities etc. split in half. 1 year contract, no short term leases. Landlords require that you fill out a form for a credit check ($25). $1250 security deposit; utilities ca $75 for water, PG&E, garbage, internet. No couples/kids/families. No pets; no smoking, vaping, pot, or illegal substances of any kind, in- or outdoors. It was overcast when I took the pictures, but the place is generally very bright!
