Looking for a roommate to occupy a room in my beautiful 2Bed 1Bath apartment at 31 Page St, SF (a block away from Market and Van Ness). It is in the Hayes Valley and very close to SF Jazz, Civic Center, Symphony, Orchestra BART, MUNI and stops of most company shuttle buses. It has an amazing roof where you can throw parties. Pictures are uploaded, the ones at the start have staged furniture, the ones at the end are the current pictures of the room that will be rented. The room and condo are fully furnished with all amenities, in unit laundry, internet, TV in the living room etc. There's no dedicated parking in the building and no gym. I'm 35, single, work as a software engineer in SF, non-smoker and have a pet dog at home. I'm a quiet and drama free person and am generally on my own. Looking for a non-smoking male or female roommate, small dogs are ok. The lease will be month-to-month with a minimum of 6 month commitment and 1 month rent as security deposit. Rent includes utilities but internet, electricity and cost of cleaning once a month will be shared separately.
