Renting out 1/2 my house in Ballwin, it is a 3 bed 2 bath 1400 sq feet. I like the house clean and dishes put in dish washer after use. If a pot or pan is in the sink thats fine. There is 2 living rooms which one of them is not used by me and open to do what you want with it. I spend a lot of time in the garage, I am a bit of a gear head so the house is very quite. The bedroom is a good size with a hallway bath that would be yours. I am a laid back person that is very respectful to others and looking for the same in a roommate.
