The condo community is located within walking distance to downtown Raleigh, great restaurants and nightlife on Glenwood South, and Cameron Village! This property backs up to Fred Fletcher Park, which includes a walking trail, tennis courts, and baseball/soccer fields. Perfect location to be close to green space! The room is $900 (including utilities). The room has a private bathroom. I would prefer to have it rented furnished but I can be flexible on this. I have a small dog that is very well behaved (and adorable). Dogs would be allowed on a case by case basis. No cats. Looking for a fun, easy going person for a roommate - professional woman between 28-40 preferred!
