I'm looking for a clean, quiet, energy conscious, considerate, individual who works all day & wants a chill pad to come home to, relax & get ready for the next day. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, plates, spoons, etc. Utilities are divided evenly among all residents. There is no storage available other than in rented room. Washer & dryer in attached garage.
