We have lived at this address since August of last year. The three of us all attended Roger Williams University and have known each other for quite some time. However, our third roommate has found a job in another state and has to move out. Thus, he is subletting until the end of our lease in August, and we need to find someone to take his place. The two of us that remain are laid-back, friendly, not very messy humans who listen to cool music. While we both attend a decent amount of shows, we tend to stay in most nights. We often have friends over, but we very rarely throw parties, and when we do it is never anything hectic. Loud music is played but only when everyone is down with it. Neither of us smoke cigarettes but we do openly smoke and imbibe other substances. While we are willing to appreciate the preferences of others, if you are belligerently anti-drug I imagine there will be issues. We are not messy people but we do tolerate a certain degree of clutter. The kitchen is usually quite clean and we never leave food out, but the idea of an aggressively spotless apartment is very stressful to us both. Also, if you are racist / sexist / homophobic / transphobic / an unchill hater then we will probably not get along very well. The place is three-bedroom apartment on the East side of Providence. We have a dishwasher, and coin-operated laundry facilities in the basement. We have 1.5 bathrooms (essentially two washrooms connected by a room with a shower in it). We keep the apartment between 60 and 70 degrees. The room you would occupy is average-sized with two windows. There is a decently large closet as well. In terms of location, we are literally across the street from a plaza with a Whole Foods, McDonalds, Staples, Petco, liquor store, and a number of other stores. We are very close to R-line stops and quick jaunt away from the 1 line. We are walking / biking distance away from Brown and RISD as well.
