I will have 2 bedrooms available in a 4 bed, 2 bath house in south San Jose on February 29th. The house is pretty spacious. The living room has lots of natural light and high ceilings, plus tons of seating. I'm working on getting a home theater setup finished with an Apple TV and PS3 for the house. A half wall separates the kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is good-sized and has plenty of cabinet and counter space, a dishwasher, a wine bar, and an island. The backyard has a patio, grassy area, and a fire pit. The main bath (shared by 3 rooms) has a tub/shower and the sink has a cabinet behind the mirror and under the sink. The garage has a washer and dryer and refrigerator. There is one spot in the driveway available (can be rotated) and plenty of street parking. Room 1 - Room: 10'3" x 9'11" - Closet: 2' x 4'4" with wood doors on track Room 2 - Room: 10'1" x 9'10" - Closet: 2' x 6'5" with wood doors on track Both rooms have carpet, no overhead lighting (switch activates one wall outlet), Ethernet port in wall, cable in wall, large windows Rent is $815 for each room. Rent includes: rent, garbage, internet, gardener, household groceries and monthly cleaning. Utilities (power/water) are around $60 per month. About Me: I'm 29 and work as a youth director.
