Hey lovely ladies. We have a room available in our brand new townhouse from now till the end of July. You'd have your own bathroom that is conected to your room and your room only. All rooms are the same size and come unfurnished. You'd have your own parking space in our personal driveway. You'd be living upstairs with 2 other roommates and another roommate below you which would be me. There is also a storage unit conected to our townhouse that is free to use and you will get a key for upon moving in. We have a front porch and a back wooden deck with a backyard. The place is $512 a month and about $60-$70 a person for utilities. We all really love living here and are very easy to get along with. All of us are students with jobs and are respectful the the mutual living space. Contact me with any questions .
