All in all you have plenty of open space around the place. The home is conveniently located in West Cary off of '55'. '55' takes you between Apex, Morrisville, Durham, and 540. Move in dates and contract term is flexible, however prefer something long term of at least 10 months. The Gas appliances are: fireplace in common area, stovetop, on-demand water heating. Please be aware parking will be in visitors spots. This is a 3 bedroom, 3 and ½ bathroom townhouse with 3 floors. Master is on top floor. There is a guest bedroom on 3rd floor as well, but mainly reserved for my use and occasional guests. Washing machine/Dryer located outside the rooms. My bedroom is on bottom floor. Garage and driveway is reserved for me and (occasional)my guests. You will have to park in visitors spots. Usually it is just me and my girlfriend, if I'm not at her place.
