NO DEPOSIT ON A STEAL OF A DEAL APT










SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY!!!My roommate and I are relocating in a few days and are REALLY looking for someone who'd be able and willing to take over our lease to our spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in Everett. Benefits of taking over our lease instead of getting singing a new lease with the complex is that you WONT pay a deposit as my roommate and I have already paid it, you are locked into a CHEAPER price than if you signed a new lease with the complex (currently new leases are $1340), and you WONT have to pay a $250 administrative fee!!! The office has even said it's a STEAL OF A DEAL! About the apartment -Spacious open concept -Huge master bedroom with a huge walk-through closet (his and her sides) to the en-suite bathroom -Guest room is spacious (size is typical of a apartment master) and has a walk-in closet as well -Guest bathroom has tons of counter space -fully equipped kitchen -spacious deck with spacious storage unit -W/D in unit -electric - vaulted ceilings -dishwasher included Apartment amenities -indoor pool and spa open all year round -clubhouse -fitness center -outdoor pool -kids play area -basketball court -apartment events such as movie nights, ice cream socials etc... -Valet trash collection Rent is $1280 per month water, sewer and valet garbage service NOT included (which is typically around $84-$95 a month), when all is said and done everything is in the low-mid $1400's (may be less depending on if you wanted the 2 parking spots already attached to the lease or not) My roommate and I are wanting to find someone QUICKLY to take over our lease as we are leaving on the 9th of April and would love have someone who can take so we don't have to pay to break our lease (as we have to pay rent on our new apt) Please me if interested in coming by to see the place.
