Available for rent are 2 private rooms in a 4BR/3BA house in the quiet and gated Orchard Lake Estates community of Sugar Land. This is a large family home that is being cared for by my aunt (sweet, easy-going lady in her 40's). I will not be living there. The rooms are partially furnished and include beds and nightstands that you'd be welcome to use (or removed if preferred). There will be a washer/dryer available for use along with garage/driveway parking. You'd of course be welcome to all common areas as well. $600 for the single room with private bathroom. $900 for the large master bedroom with jacuzzi & walk-in closet.
