My room (which includes a walk-in closet and master bathroom) will be available mid-June to the end of July (dates are flexible). There will most likely be another female occupying the other bedroom and bathroom. Rent for you would be $431.12 per month, prorated (half for June, whole for July), and utilities usually come to around $75 a month per person (electric, gas, sewer, trash, water and internet). The apartment is spacious with a living room, dining room, kitchen, back patio, pool and laundry room on-. The complex is clean and 2 miles from the ASU Tempe campus and is within a walking distance to both a city bus stop and a light rail station (Price-101/Apache).
