we are two laid back girls, college students and part-time workers (19 and 24). Both guys or girls are welcomed to move in. A 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, house located 7 minutes walking distance from U of L. The room for rent is located on the main floor with decorative fireplace and own bathroom down the hall. Laundry unit included along with Kitchen appliances included (fridge, microwave, oven/stove, dishwasher). Rent is $550 a month plus utilities, landlord pays water. If wanted by renter, two people can move into the same room, rent would be $300 each plus utilities.
