Since I'm leaving Tempe in January I am looking for someone to take over my lease from January in a girl's apartment at the Vertex. My roommates are super friendly, the apartment is very clean as is the building complex itself. I offer a bedroom with walk-in closet and own bathroom, the apartment has a washing machine and dryer. We live on the second floor and besides having a huge living room and kitchen we also have a little balcony. My room is fully furnished and decorated as well (can be kept if wanted).
