I am looking for 1 or 2 people to rent my basement apartment.
New paint, flooring, and carpet! There are two bedrooms, living room, bathroom and kitchen.
You will have your own private entrance, as well as access to the laundry room.
Utilities, cable and internet are included, and I just installed a brand new furnace, so very warm!
I don't have any picture of the inside as I am still renovating.
However, I do enjoy having people over from time to time, and I am fine that you do as well.
I am very clean, and would prefer having a very clean person to rent.
The home has an awesome backyard, with a great patio for summer BBQ's.
I will do a thorough background check and credit report, so if this is something you cannot pass,
This rental is not for you. Rent is $450 for 1, $500 for 2.
