We are leasing out our upper level visitor room w/private shower in our wonderful home.
The main bed room is downstairs so you will fairly much have the whole upper level to yourself.
This is an estimated deal with we obtained online.
We are a center age couple with a lovely candy lab who is helpful and adoring.
My Spouse likes to prepare especially Japanese food and won't mind you be a part of us for supper sometimes.
You will have full kitchen rights, washing laundry, our garden share and BBQ.
Rent is due first day of the 30 days plus resources included: Wi-Fi, wire, water, power.
Move in from March 1st, 2015.
This is a very safe and silent community with helpful others who live nearby.
Plenty of road vehicle parking pleases no cigarette smoking inside, no events, and no partners.
