Im looking to rent out a spare bedroom in my 4 bd/ 3 ba home. The room is furnished with queen size bed, floor lamp, and corner desk as shown on the pictures below. You will have your own private bathroom w/ shower in it. The room has a small walk in closet. Washer and dryer are available for use. You are also welcome to fully utilize our kitchen. The room has a cable TV hook up ready for plug & play. Wifi internet is also included. There are currently 4 small children and 3 adults living in the house. We are quiet and respectful. Rent includes all utilities. The room is available and move in ready as of February 1st. No contract, month to month with 30 days of advance notice upon moving out. This room is meant to be rented for one person only (single occupancy). No illegal drug use or parties are allowed. No background or credit check necessary, however a small security deposit of $150 is required. Looking for a responsible, clean and quiet roommate.
