Looking for roommate - $500 a moth

Hello, I am single mother with two children age 4 and 7. I would like to rent my guest bedroom of my 4 bedroom house. It is a beautiful big house with a pool, nice backyard, a porch, 3 leaving room, nice kitchen, laundry room, garage in a very quite Mandarin area. Close to Baymedows and San Jose. It is 20min from Downtown and the Beach. It close to highway 295, Butler, and 95. I prefer a female roommate with not pet (because my kids are allergic to dogs and cats). Kids are with the Dad every other weekend from Thursday to Tuesday. me with any other questions
