I have one bedroom available for April 1st move in! This is a 2 bedroom apartment in a great part of Soho - the street is really quaint and beautiful - lots of fun shops and great restaurants in the neighborhood and not on a loud/busy street. Walking distance from a number of subways. This is a 5th floor walkup and the space is really lovely. I am one floor below the large rooftop, which is great for parties and bbqs in the summer! One shared bathroom, which I keep very clean, and a great kitchen space (I love to cook and just added a small kitchen island for more space - great if you like to cook as well!). The kitchen and living room are fully furnished. I have put a lot of effort into the decorating - it's very beautiful and feels quite homey :) My current roommate is being relocated for work - our lease is up August 31st and I would like to find someone to move in for the remainder of that time (with the option of renewing at that point!). $1850 covers rent and utilities - there is an additional $50 for internet and cable. A really great price for this area of NYC!
