Great bedroom in beautiful Brooklyn Heights apartment. Roommate is moving in with her BF, looking for a long-term replacement beginning April 1. Lease is for 1 yr. About the apartment: 1st floor, bright, VERY spacious. Large living room and "bonus" room, patio out back with BBQ. W/D in basement, dishwasher, and gas stove. Utilities are internet and electricity. Heat is included, we do Apple TV instead of cable. Neighborhood: Trader Joes and other grocers 5 minute walk, 4 blocks from Brooklyn bridge park (amazing in the summer), and blocks from Borough Hall and Jay street subways. Great neighborhood! Your Room: Very large, approx 13.5x9 with a deep double-door closet and ceiling fan. Hardwood floors and french doors for lots of light that lead to shared patio. Extra storage space is available in the basement. Preferred Roommate: Non-smoker, clean and friendly. Me: 30, F. Laid back and work in Advertising. Active and occasionally will work long hours/travel for work. I cook a lot (will often share),
