This is a gated community located on the NE side of Columbia less than 10 mins away from Sandhills mall. You will have a private room and bathroom located right outside of your bedroom. In your closet there is an organizer that will help your fully utilize your space. Rent covers Electric bill below $120(anything additonal will be your responsibility), Water, W/D as well as WIFI internet. (I do not have cable. I use a Roku streaming stick).
