1 bedroom, shared bath. Located out from downtown Nashville in a town home community. Currently 3 people in the house right now. My boyfriend and I and another roommate (girl). Prefer to have someone that is a girl without pets. The no pets is firm and no couples either. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. We're a great household. We do not smoke or do drugs but occasionally have drinks and expect the same from you. No peer pressure to drink of course. We have occasional roomie late nights watching netflix and just hanging out. Would like to have someone who is down for that too. But for the most part, we are all busy students/professionals. Move in date is flexible and would like to have someone in by the first. Rent is due upon move in. You pay for the month going forward and a security deposit of 325.
